Position 1 – Branch Cashier I

Education: First Degree in Accounting, Banking, Management.

Experience: 2 years of relevant banking experience.

Competency: 

✅ Good knowledge of accounting and financial management principles and practices;

✅ Good knowledge of the financial management policies and procedures of the banks;

✅ Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates;

✅ Communication and Interpersonal skills;

✅ Basic computer application skills;

Required No. 1 (One)

Salary: As per the salary scale of the bank

2.Position  – Branch Accountant I

Education: First Degree in Accounting, Banking, Management

Experience: 2 years of relevant banking experience

Competency:

 ✅ Good knowledge of accounting and financial management principles and practices;

✅ Good knowledge of the financial management policies and procedures of the banks;

✅ Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates;

✅ Communication and Interpersonal skills;

✅ Basic computer application skills;

Salary: As per the salary scale of the bank

Required No. 2 (Two)

Place of Work: Dilla (1) and Jijiga (1)

3.Position  -Branch Manager

Education: First Degree in Accounting, Banking, Management or related field

Experience:. 6 years of banking experience at branch level, 4 of which in a supervisory position.

Competency:

✅ Thorough knowledge of accounting, business law and financial management;

✅ Thorough knowledge of financial policies and regulations of the bank;

✅ Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates;

✅ Communication and Interpersonal skills;

✅ Basic computer application skills

Required No. 1 (One)

Salary: As per the salary scale of the bank

Place of Work: Bahir Dar
