He/She is responsible to support the achievement of optimal operational efficiency through creating the right organizational design. He/she contribut in organizational change initiatives and studies, and develops programs, etc. He/she is also responsible to coach and mentor juniors
JOB REQUIREMENT
Required Education & Experience: BA in
Accounting/ Management/ Economics/ Business
Administration or business related field of study
minimum of 4 years work experience
