JOB SUMMERY

Pre-Employment Trainer main Duties & Responsibilities:

➡ Must be able to deliver the necessary practical information of their specifiedfield to trainees.

➡Must be able to successfully present

information to the trainees.

➡Deliver work-based employ ability training

and assessment on a range of short course

qualifications.

➡ Be able to interpret the knowledge requirements in ways that are appropriate to candidates at all levels.

➡ Adapting/developing appropriate learning

materials.

➡Participate in standardization meetings

To be compliant with all required administration duties.

➡To support learners in achieving their goals.

➡ To be flexible in supporting the required

needs of the business.

REQUIREMENT

Pre-Employment Trainer Applicants:

➱Must have BA or MSC in Accounting.

Management, Business Administration,

Marketing and other related fields.

➱Must have good experience on Banking &

Finance, Import Export and Transport&

Logistics and also he/she have currently

employed on the above mentioned sectors.

➱Have excellent interpersonal skills and

communication skills both at a written and

spoken level.

➱Must have present ability skills

➱Must be IT literate

➱Ability to work across all levels and engage

with people accordingly

➱Able to demonstrate attention to detail and

high-quality work

➱Good personal organization, time managemen

and administrative skills

➱Self-motivated and an effective team player.

➱Be flexible and demonstrate adaptability to

meet the challenges and demands of the roles.

➱Be committed to continuous professional

development Have experience of delivering qualifications in the relevant sectors.
