Position 1. Manager Contact Center Division
Qualification &Experience:
BA Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business
Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics plus minimum of 8 years of relevant banking experience of which 3 years in supervisory position.
Position 2. Manager Regional Human Resource & Administration
Qualification & Experience:
BA Degree in Human Resource Management,
Management, Business Management, Business
Administration, and Public Administration &
Development Management or related discipline plus a minimum of 8 years' experience in Human Resource Management role preferably in the banking sector which 3 years in a supervisory position.
Position 3. Senior Human Resource & Administration officer
Qualification & Experience:
BA Degree in Management, Public Administration and Development Management or related discipline plus a minimum of 6 years in a Human Resource
Management role preferably in the banking sector.
Position 4. Assistant Human Resource & Administration officer
Qualification & Experience:
BA Degree in Human Resources Management and Public Administration & development management.
Term of Employment: Permanent for all Positions
skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory.
Salary & Benefits: As per the Bank's Salary Scale & Benefits Package.
